Jump to navigationJump to searchLieutenant Allan Earle, R.N., Retired (18 June, 1875 – 19 January, 1952) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Promoted to Gunner on 29 November, 1902.[1]
In 1907, Earle was awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal for saving life from drowning.[2]
Earle was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 078 on 14 April, 1914.[3]
Promoted to Chief Gunner on 28 February, 1918.
Earle was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1922.
