H.M.S. Foxhound was one of eighteen "E" and "F" Class destroyers completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

Commissioned on 29 June, 1935 for service with the Sixth Destroyer Flotilla of the Home Fleet.[3]

Re-commissioned at Chatham on 3 March, 1936 for service with the Sixth Destroyer Flotilla of the Home Fleet.[4]
