George Henry Wylie

Commander R.N.R. (retired) George Henry Wylie, R.D., R.N.R. (18 December, 1883 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Born in Charlton, Kent.

Wylie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 9 April, 1915.

Wylie was appointed in command of the destroyer Ettrick on 4 March, 1918.[1]

Demobilised on 13 October, 1919.

Wylie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 9 April, 1923.

Wylie was placed on the Retired List with the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 18 December, 1928.
