Sydney Stewart Hall

Admiral Sydney Stewart Hall, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (16 June, 1872 – 10 January, 1955) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career

Hall was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1907.[1]

Great War

Hall was appointed Commodore, First Class on 1 January, 1918.[2]

Post-War

Hall was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 18 July, 1919, vice Cayley.[3] He was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 16 September.[4] He was advanced to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 1 January, 1925.[5]
