Admiral (retired) Herbert Fitzherbert (10 August, 1885 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Fitzherbert was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1917.

Fitzherbert was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1924. Fitzherbert was appointed in command of the light cruiser Coventry in August, 1926.

Fitzherbert was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 2 January, 1936.

Fitzherbert was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 31 July, 1939.

Placed on the Retired List on 21 June, 1943.

Fitzherbert was promoted to the rank of Admiral on 22 October, 1943.
