Archibald Lucius Douglas

Admiral SIR Archibald Lucius Douglas, G.C.B., Royal Navy (8 February, 1842 – 12 March, 1913) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Douglas was appointed Commander-in-Chief on the East Indies Station on 15 January, 1898.[1]
