Seconds-in-Command

Vice-Admiral the Honourable Assheton G. Curzon-Howe succeeded Vice-Admiral Arthur W. Moore on 5 December, 1905.[1] Rear-Admiral Lowry struck his flag on 30 September, 1907, and on 1 October Rear-Admiral Francis J. Foley hoisted his flag in the battleship Illustrious.[2]
