Life & Career
Graham was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 115 on 23 July, 1912.[1]
Graham commanded the destroyer Morris from at least the Battle of Jutland through 23 January, 1917.[2]
Graham was appointed in command of the destroyer Teazer on 11 June, 1917.
