Commander R.N.R. (retired) Albert Edward Kenyon, R.D. (23 December, 1886 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Kenyon was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 January, 1916.[1]

Having qualified in Torpedo Control duties in February, Kenyon was appointed Lieutenant, R.N.R. in Command of the destroyer Crane on 21 March, 1918. He would receive a recommendation and an expression of the Admiralty's appreciation of his service rendered in bringing Crane safely into port through a severe gale and dangerous seas.[2]

Kenyon was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 January, 1924.[3]

Kenyon was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 23 December, 1931.[4]

He was removed from the list owing to non-report in 1937.[5]
