Vice-Admiral Joseph Charles Walrond Henley, C.B., D.L., J.P. (12 September, 18799 June, 1968) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Was Flag-Commander to Cecil Burney and Gunnery Instructor in the British 1st Battle Squadron from 1914 to his promotion to Captain on 30 June, 1916.

Took command of HMS Emperor of India on 2 January, 1919.
