Morgan Singer, (23 March, 1831 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Singer was appointed to command the torpedo vessel Vesuvius on 9 September, 1874.[1]

Singer was appointed to command the depot ship Hecla on 3 September, 1878.[2]
