Commander (retired) Lawrence Hartshorne Jeans (20 August, 1892 – 24 March, 1937) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Jeans was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 March, 1915.
Jeans was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the patrol boat P39 on 31 December, 1918.[1]
He retired from the service on 30 November, 1920.
Jeans was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 30 March, 1923. He would travel to Scandinavia in 1925.
Jeans was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 20 August, 1932.
