Captain (retired) Howard Fitzgerald Hay, (16 May, 1848 – 1 November, 1915) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 6 February, 1872.
Hay was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1886.
Hay was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Captain on 16 May, 1898.
