Lieutenant-Commander Frederick William Hawkins, ( – 13 June, 1944) served in the Royal Navy.

He is not the same man as James Frederick William Cyril Hawkins, but I cannnot locate a service record for him in ADM 196. Is there a chance one of the men with this name in ADM 188 is he?

Life & Career

Hawkins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 18 November, 1935.[1]

Hawkins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 18 November, 1943.[2]

Hawkins died when Boadicea was sunk shortly after D-Day.
