Captain (retired) Henry Luxmoore Hitchins, R.N. (23 January, 1885 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

He was also awarded the Goodenough Medal for 1905[?] for being the Sub-Lieutenant who achieved the highest gunnery examination while also achieving a first-class certificate in seamanship.
