Commander Henry Talbot Price, (20 March, 1939 – March, 1915) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Price was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 6 November, 1860.
Price was promoted to the rank of Commander on 6 February, 1872. Retired owing to non-service on 3 November, 1881.
