H.M.S. Otranto was a commercial liner converted for use as an Armed Merchant Cruiser in the Royal Navy.

Service

Otranto managed to escape at the Battle of Coronel, having been ordered to leave in light of her meager offensive powers.

Armament

She was originally armed with:[7]
