Admiral Edward Francis Bruen, C.B. (7 November, 186622 November, 1952) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Bruen was a dreadnought captain during the First World War, commanding the Bellerophon at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. After the battle he was appointed to command the new battleship Resolution.
