Lieutenant Francis Read Baring Kemp, (28 August, 1834 – 25 June, 1887) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Kemp was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 21 January, 1867.
Kemp may have still been in the navy when he died in 1887.
