Paymaster Captain Hubert Lloyd Barrow, C.B.E., Royal Navy (1 September, 1889 – 16 September, 1940) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

He was the second son of Admiral Arthur Barrow. He died at his home on Chiltern Street, London on 16 September, 1940—just days after his appointment as C.B.E. was announced.
