Commander (retired) Francis Clifford de Lousada, (26 December, 1841 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
De Lousada was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 17 April, 1862.
De Lousada was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander on 3 July, 1872.
