Paymaster Lieutenant Commander Francis Knox Haskins, D.S.C. (27 October, 1887 – ) served in the Royal Navy as a Paymaster before becoming an aviator.
Life & Career
Entered service in January, 1905.
He entered the Air Service on 3 October, 1914.
