Lieutenant (retired) Walter George Holliday, R.N. (20 October, 1871 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Holliday was granted the acting rank of Template:BosumRN on 1 October, 1902, and confirmed as such on 1 October, 1903.
Holliday was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 055 on 5 March, 1912.[1]
Holliday was promoted to the rank of Chief Boatswain on 1 October, 1917.
Appointed in command of the training ship Elf from 20 May, 1918 through 4 June 1919.
Holliday was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Lieutenant on 12 August, 1922.
