William St. John Fraser

William St. John Fraser ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Fraser was appointed in command of the submarine D 7 on 15 October, 1912.[1]
He was appointed in command of the submarine E 10 in September, 1914.[2]
