Lieutenant-Commander William St. John Fraser ( – 18 January, 1915) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Fraser was appointed in command of the submarine D 7 on 15 October, 1912.[1]

He was appointed in command of the submarine E 10 in September, 1914.[2]

Fraser died with his entire crew when E 10 was lost on or around 18 January, 1915.[3]
