Admiral William Marrack, Royal Navy, Retired (18 February, 1847 – 23 January, 1926) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 4 April, 1870.[1]
Marrack was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1882.[2]
Marrack was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 24 January, 1902, vice Jackson.[3] He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 11 November, 1906, vice Beresford.[4]
He was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 17 November, 1906.[5]
Marrack died at Plymouth on 23 January, 1926.[6]
