William John Foster ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

On 30 September, 1905, Foster was appointed in command of the torpedo boats T.B. 26 and T.B. 55.[1][2]

Foster was appointed in command of the submarine C 13 on 14 November, 1912.[3]

On 2 September, 1914, he was appointed in command of the submarine D 8.[4]
