William Fletcher Malden

Commander R.N.R. (retired) William Fletcher Malden (22 February, 1888 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Malden was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 January, 1916.[1]

After eight months' service in T.B. 26, Malden was appointed in command of the T.B. 36 on 15 February, 1917.[2] He commanded her until the end of March, 1919 and was demobilised on 17 May.[3]

Malden was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 January, 1924.[4]

Malden was promoted to the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 2 October, 1929.[5]
