Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. (retired) Wilfred Charters (24 October, 1888 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Charters was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 42 on 23 May, 1917.[1]
