Commander Vincent Morse Cooper, M.B.E., D.S.O., O.B.E., R.N. (8 June, 1884 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of Reverent V. K. Cooper was born in Durham.

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1906.[1]

Cooper was appointed in command of the submarine C 21 in February, 1914.[2]

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1914.

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1917.

Post-War

Placed on the Retired List at his own request on 29 November 1919 and proceeded to Callao, Venezuela.
