Commander Victor James Bowden-Smith, R.N. (1 May, 1887 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bowden-Smith was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 January, 1909.[1]

Bowden-Smith was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 10 on 1 August, 1914.[2]
