Admiral SIR Thomas Sturges Jackson, K.C.V.O., Royal Navy (6 March, 1842 – 9 September, 1934) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Jackson was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 November, 1873.[1]
He was promoted to the rank of Captain on 14 October, 1881.[2]
Flag Rank
Jackson was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 20 October, 1896, vice Stewart.[3]
On 14 March, 1902, he was appointed a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.).[4]
He was promoted to the rank of Admiral on 5 July, 1905, vice Brackenbury.[5]
Jackson was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 22 July, 1905.[6]
