Commander Thomas Frederick Winnington Ingram, R.N. (13 July, 1856 – 8 May, 1894) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Ingram was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 8 December, 1879.
Ingram was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1893.
Ingram died at Haslar Hospital from Bright's disease.
