Theobald Walter Butler Kennedy ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He assumed command of the first class protected cruiser Royal Arthur in 1913.[1]
He was appointed in command of the light cruiser Lowestoft on 20 November, 1913[2] and was in her at the outbreak of war.[3]
