Usage: {{TNA|ADM 189/31}} or {{TNA|ADM 189/31|C2156577}}
creates a link to the holding whose reference is the first parameter, using the new Discovery system in place at TNA. If a second, optional parameter is supplied, it is treated as that mysterious second database index the Discovery web server uses to push to the second, more detailed order page.
