Spencer Francis Russell

Spencer Francis Russell ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Russell commanded the destroyer Munster at the Battle of Jutland.[1]
Russell was appointed in command of the destroyer Minion on 12 May, 1918.[2]
