The armoured cruiser S.M.S. Fürst Bismarck was the only ship of her class, completed in 1900 for the Imperial German Navy.

Construction

Designed between 1893 and 1895 and laid down as Ersatz Leipzig.[9] She was sheathed with Muntz metal for service on foreign stations, and spent most of her active career on overseas service.[10][11]
