Rowland Kyrle Cecil Pope ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Pope was appointed in command of the submarine C 38 on 4 March, 1913.[1]

Pope was appointed in command of the patrol boat PC 67 on 19 June, 1917.[2]
