Robert James Buchanan ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Buchanan was appointed in command of the destroyer Leopard on 10 July, 1907.[1]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Hydra on 23 May, 1912.[2]
