Lieutenant-Commander Richard Thomas Sallis, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I am unable to locate a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Sallis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 December, 1941.[1]
Sallis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 December, 1949.[2]
Retired 29 March, 1959.[3]
