Life & Career

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 June, 1932.[1]

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 June, 1940.[2]

Cooper was awarded the Ogilvy Medal and the Robert Roxburgh Memorial Prize.
