Captain (retired) Richard Evan Williams Kirby, D.S.O. (1 September, 1883 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Kirby passed as an Interpreter in Japanese at some point.
Kirby was appointed in command of the destroyer Ness on 28 June, 1918.[1]
