Richard Bruce England ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

England was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1904.[1]

England was appointed in command of the destroyer Ostrich on 28 August, 1914.[2]

On 16 November, 1918, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Vivien.[3]
