Lieutenant Reginald Thomas Dimsdale ( – 25 April, 1916) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Dimsdale was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1908, having been trained for submarine service.[1]

After at least two previous submarine commands, Dimsdale was appointed in command of the submarine C 15 on 12 June, 1912.[2]

He was killed on 25 April, 1916 when his command, submarine E 22 was torpedoed by UB 18.[3]
