Ragnar Musgrave Colvin

Admiral SIR Ragnar Musgrave Colvin, K.B.E., C.B., Royal Navy (7 May, 1882 – 22 February, 1954) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Colvin was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 1 March, 1934.[1]
