Percy Ralph Passawer Percival ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Percival was appointed in command of the destroyer Mermaid on 21 April, 1914.[1]

On 24 January, 1917, Percival was appointed in command of the destroyer Morris.[2]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Romola on 11 March, 1920.[3]
