Captain Percy Napier Olmsted, (8 July, 1871 – ) served in the United States Navy.
In the 1916 edition of the U.S. Register of Officers, his name is given as "Perry".
Life & Career
Olmsted was born in Iowa and was appointed to the Navy on 21 May, 1889, in the state of Oregon.[1]
Olmsted was promoted to the rank of Commander on 6 January, 1913.[2]
