Admiral SIR Percy Lockhart Harnam Noble, G.B.E., K.C.B., C.V.O., Royal Navy (16 January, 1880 – 25 July, 1955) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career

Appointed to command the light cruiser Calliope on 15 October, 1918.[1]

Noble was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 10 October, 1929, vice Eliot, placed on the Retired List.[2]

In 1931, Noble superseded Harold Owen Reinold as Chairman of the Committee appointed to consider the question of the Paint Supply of the Fleet.[3]
