Oscar James Prosser Lee, R.N.R. (17 June, 1880 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Born in Newport, Monmouth. Lee was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 28 April, 1911.[1]
Lee was appointed in command of the patrol boat P14 on 15 June, 1917.[2]
