Norman Hunter Carter

Norman Hunter Carter ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Carter was promoted to the rank of Commander on 22 June, 1911.[1]
Carter was appointed in command of the monitor Lord Clive in August, 1915.[2]
